A Different Approach
The ministry is designed to equip Belizean business leaders with the skills, community, and spiritual foundation to transform their organizations and nation from within.
The expenses of the program are currently self-funded by team members. As the program has grown, however, we’re revisiting different options for funding strategies and will be making some changes.
Investing in Transformation
We've structured the Juntos project with financial sustainability in mind—running lean where 100% of every dollar directly supports these programs (versus fundraising overhead).
When you contribute to Juntos Belize, you're encouraging Belizean leaders to use their businesses as a platform for ministry which means intentionally integrating faith values and spiritual purpose into your professional operations in ways that create positive impact beyond profit.
This approach views business not merely as a means of making a living, but as a vehicle for meaningful service to the local community and advancing the Kingdom.
What Does Success Look Like?
When business leaders embrace this mindset, it typically manifests in several ways:
Ethical Leadership: Making decisions based on moral and spiritual principles, even when they might not maximize short-term profits.
Workplace Culture: Creating environments where people are valued holistically, supported in their growth, and treated with dignity and respect.
Intentional Discipleship: Investing in employees' personal and professional development, helping them discover their gifts and purpose.
Community Impact: Directing company resources to address genuine needs in the surrounding community.
Excellence as Witness: Pursuing exceptional quality and integrity in products and services as a reflection of deeper values.
Stewardship: Managing resources with the understanding that they are entrusted rather than owned, with responsibility to use them wisely.
Relational Business: Building authentic connections with employees, customers, suppliers, and competitors that go beyond transactional exchanges.
Integration Rather Than Compartmentalization: Allowing faith to inform all aspects of business rather than keeping "business" and "ministry" in separate boxes.
The Multiplication Factor
A focused investment in Belize's business leaders creates extraordinary potential for kingdom multiplication.
By establishing a vibrant community of believers in strategic positions of influence, the impact cascades far beyond individual conversions. These leaders naturally touch many others through their businesses, hundreds through their industry connections, and ultimately shape national culture through their decision-making.
In a country of 400,000 people, where relationships interconnect across society, transformed business leaders become powerful catalysts for community-wide change. Their daily interactions—with employees, customers, suppliers, and officials—create countless opportunities to demonstrate Christ's character through ethical practices, compassionate policies, and servant leadership.
As this movement grows, these leaders form a supportive network that reinforces biblical principles in the marketplace, gradually reshaping Belize's economic, social, and spiritual landscape from within. This approach leverages the natural multiplication potential of business influence to reach an entire nation through relatively few, but strategically positioned, disciples.
